The Last Weekend

The only thing I did on Saturday, as far as crafting goes, is to read the introduction and other pages leading up to Day 1 of One Zentangle a Day by Becky Krahula. Though I did buy a handmade tote bag at a roller derby silent auction that was made by the mother of one of the skaters. I also enjoyed the bout, even if the local team didn't win

That's an interesting concept! I wonder how well it works for people who don't draw.

It should work very well. All it is is doodling, with names given to specific patterns. Anybody can draw circles and lines. They don't have to be perfect. You don't use an eraser, and the tangles(doodles) are done in pen with shading in pencil. The borders on the tile, and the internal strings(boundaries, sorta) are lightly drawn in pencil. There are no mistakes, only opportunities. :)
