So apparently, city ordinances permit up to five cats in a household. I had been remembering wrong. I thought the legal limit was three, but that's the limit for dogs, of which we have none.

We're going to ask if we can take them both.

Ohhhhh this just makes me want a new kitty more. I've been thinking about adding another cat to my home for a while, but space worries have kept me from doing so. Yesterday there was a mobile adoption center parked in front of the grocery store, with kitties... ;o;

We know they like each other just fine, since they're being fostered in the same home, so that's good news! I figure if we take both, that should take some of the pressure off the other two, since they will have one another to play with.

The idea of Smooch, who is huge and floofy, and Roadie, who is sleek and skinny and small, playing together is kind of ridiculous on its own.
