Dreams: Fuck you marshmallow edition

Jul 27, 2010 14:04

I woke up yesterday to find this written down on the stack of paper by my bed. Took me several minutes to decipher the writing, as it was particularly illegible.

"GRIZZLED MCSURLY"

Marshmallow Having Boy:

Hey man, fuck you guys if you don't like that I'm made of marshmallow!

. . .

You tell 'em, Marshmallow Having Boy. You tell 'em.

"Marshmallow having boy" - please tell me that's his superhero name, and not a descriptive sentence.

I would pay serious money to see what would happen if you and Sleep Talkin' Man shared a house.

(edited to put linky in)

I love that site. I've been meaning to link to it for a while now. It never fails to make me cry with laughter reading back through the archives.

There is just SO MUCH of the merchandising I'm tempted to buy. My current favourite is one of the latest ones: "Hmmm.... PVC and duct tape... Superhero, or evil mastermind? I can't decide."

You write in your sleep? Now that's cool!

More like in between sleeping and waking. I will wake up just enough to go "YEAH THAT WAS AN *AWESOME* THOUGHT I SHOULD WRITE THAT DOWN!" And then I flop back over and go to sleep again.

And then I wake up and I find something like this.

But sometimes, just SOMETIMES, it IS something awesome, and totally worth it. I just share the stupid stuff because it's a nice counterpoint.

I envy you for being able to do that.

I had to work at it for several months before I was able to make it work. I was convinced I COULD do it, but training myself to remember to grab the pen and write was hard. I had been trying to type stuff on an open Word document, but evidently that was too hard and I would forget what I was trying to say.
