Hi, everyone. Meet Hecate. She's an awesome Halloween-themed kitty who appeared in the Portland, Oregon area in the middle of a coyote and owl-haunted field, and who needs a spooky-cool -- and hostile wildlife-free -- home in which to kick it.

OMGKITTY! *flails* I want a little black cat. So badly. Seattle's not that far from Portland, right...? Never mind the fact that I am horrendously allergic and it would be a Really Bad Idea.

At our old house, we babysat a pair of Devon Rexes (velvety non-allergenic kitties), and they were wonderful! So if you want a kitty and to breathe, I highly recommend them.

One of the "barn cats" I am feeding sings to her food. (She's a peach colored, Lynx point, pet store Siamese with blue eyes, and good land, not sure why someone thought shoving her in a barn was a good call.) I love it when they are so weirdly adorable.

I have a weakness for Halloween cats, and one that sucks her thumb? that's just too much adorable in one black, fuzzy package to resist!!
