I've written about this six times before.The comment period for the proposed Health and Human Services rule closes on the 25th, so if you haven't written in yet, you need to do so now. No, I don't give a fuck how tired of politics you are. It's an email. It won't break your legs or render you impotent

It can't hurt, to be sure. I say go for it. The worst they can do is ignore you.

Spreading the word is helpful, anyway. Even if you don't know anyone who could act, if your friends carry the word on, it will reach someone who can.

Even using Yahoo or Hotmail, they can check IP address.

But really, why would they bother? They've got to get too much mail to check all that info manually.
