I really need to stop using Roman numerals, because eventually it's going to get ridiculous. But I like the look of them, so . . . they stay until I no longer know how to count with letters.

My daughter loves Delirium, but it's the oddest thing--that combo of apple, rose and lemon goes straight to pure lilacs with her chemistry.

I think I need to try Bien Loin D'Ici.

It always amazes me to see the literary work you put into an ongoing project for which, as far as I know, you're not being paid one red cent - not by Black Phoenix, anyway, unless you've got some kind of quid pro quo deal with Elizabeth Moriarty and Brian Constantine, which would of course be none of my business…

I do envy you your conspicuous consumption of intellectual resources and free time. Not since high school have I had either in such abundance.

Well, you know, I started to haul off on the other commenter about this, but you may be right: It does sound snippy, and I was actually trying to express rueful admiration. I think I missed.

Sometimes it is dangerous to have only a small knowledge of a language...For instance, I know that in French, "bien" means good, right? And I'm pretty sure I recall that "ici" means here...but since I only know "loin" as...well...loin, the title of the last scent has me giggling.

Good Genitals Here just sounds better in French.

I honestly have no idea what it means, but "good groin" has me amused.

It means "Very far away from here" :)

It means 'Far From Here', or some other suitably poetic rendition of "a very long way away".

What happened to Venom? Was it one of the ones that got discontinued due to problems with the suppliers?

Yeah, something in Venom was among the things Beth evidently can't get hold of anymore. >:( Which sucks because I actually liked it a lot. Ah, well.
