I'll say to you what I said to Dollface above; I want to wait to see what the vet says about his long-term outlook before opening up for PayPal, so I'll have a better idea of how much exactly I need. He's paid up through Monday. I can handle that much pretty easily, but if he needs more I'll open the account for donations. I'll post, naturally, to let you know if/when this happens, once we've had a while to see how he does.

I doubt you're near Denver, but if you are, I'll take him. I've been without a cat since my 19 year old Wuca died at the start of the year.

Whether he lives or dies, at least one person gave him the kindess he needs. That's a good thing. Too many have never received that much.

The hitch is that I know that by feeding the feral cats she's only trying to help. *headdesk* Most people like that don't mean ill at all, they just let things get out of hand.

thank god my stepmom is both caring AND sensible... she fed the pregnant mom, then afterwards managed to round up all of the kittens and the mom, go the mom fixed and made sure the kittens had shots and all got adopted.

my stepmom is pretty cool. :)
