Well, it's one thing to genuinely squabble or fight. It's another thing entirely to have what is really a completely friendly and amiable conversation be mistaken in public for mutual verbal abuse -- to the point that people ask you to take it outside!
Oddly, when we fight for real, there is a huge difference. There's no name-calling and no physical aggression, and we never, ever, ever do it in public. Ever. Only when we're playing -- and we both know we're playing -- do we do those things. The difference is clear to us, but not always to other people, apparently.
