I'm excited for this semester to be over. I want to be able to sleep in again, and be able to have the time free for more hours at work. As it is, I need to work this weekend because I would like more hours. It would be nice to get a paycheck with more than 20 hours a week ( Read more... )

So I'm done with spring break, but am not really ready to go back to class. I have a little over half my presentation done for Friday. That should be easy enough to finish Wednesday and Thursday night when David is at work again. I still have most of the lab report/worksheet to do by Wednesday but feel like I have no time to do it. I've been thinking for a while of getting a tattoo.  I think I'm gonna do it, but now I just need to find the right piece of art.  I want an ankh but I don't want it to be a plain old black ankh.  I'm looking for color and I want to somehow incorporate stars into the art.  The stars were very important to the egyptians, and so I want that added to ( Read more... )

I ripped another pair of pants today.  Looks like we will be going out to Kohl's tomorrow to see if we can both get a couple pairs.  He has a hole in his now too.  Seems like I'm always ripping pants :(

I feel so awful.  It's his b-day today and I have no money to get him anything.  I wanted to bake a cake and instead he just wants to buy one from to store.  Anything I try to do doesn't seem to work with him :(

My sponsor sent me on a mission today.  She wanted me to go out and talk to random people about my Cookie Lee business and see if I can get some shows booked or even just sell some stuff.

I've just learned the addiction of Ebay.  I found a whole bunch of belly dance stuff and am totally addicted to it all now.  It's nice to be able to get things I normally wouldn't be able to here in the Springs.  The problem is I need to learn the art of outbidding someone at the last second.  So far I haven't won any auctions.  I've just made ( Read more... )

Well, class has been delayed tomorrow until 12.  And then they can make a decision based on the weather at that point.  I'd love to see some more photos from this class, but with this weather, I'd prefer to just stay home and get some cleaning done.

So it looks like my death and injury class may be over.  We had a huge snow storm, and school was canceled.  And it doesn't look like it will be any better tomorrow.  So if the school is closed tomorrow, then the class will be done and we'll have to take the test online.  I'd also like to know what to do about my paper.  We still haven't gotten ( Read more... )
