It is indeed a sobering feeling to realize that you are now the Older Generation. If you are up for it, I think that decorating for Christmas is a good plan. You can do as much or as little as you want, and it will be a reminder that life goes on. :)

Just in hiding my friend... haven't felt overly positive and was tired of writing negative down things so was typing but have been reading.

We have chosen not to decorate after particularly bad years too. For some decorating when they don't feel like it brings the Christmas spirit, but it can also backfire. Take care of you!

I have been taking care of me Tom... not an easy task for a caregiver type but realized i didn't want to get sick... hanging in there and doing pretty okay.... just impatient with myself.

Hang in there, Nance... a year of upheaval makes celebrating the holidays tough. Are you going to visit the girls at all?

The girls will not be to our place for Christmas although they are getting together which is awesome. Have invited two of our friends here for Christmas Day so that will give me something to work towards... they were here last year and so have expectations! *laughing*
