Yes, friends, I am still around... Just have not been inspired to post, but I have been reading what you share. Thank you for sharing.
I feel like I am very slowly crawling back to a somewhat normal feeling within me. I have to admit I was in no way prepared for the journey that 2007 has seen me take. I was not prepared to be an orphan.
I wasn't going to decorate for Christmas but my daughters read the riot act to me. Not that they are coming home this year but I get what they have said.. I have always loved making my home look and feel festive so why should I give up on that??? So I am slowly getting there.. Perhaps the tree will get put up on Sunday. Thank goodness for artifical ones!
As I write the wind is howling off Lake Huron.. we have a skiff of light snow on the ground. Am so glad I am snug in my house, just a tad worried about The Big Guy being out and having a late night drive home.
