.......overweight!!!! yes! i am.... i just got the most recent issue of national geographic and by the BMI(body mass index) chart they had in the book....it compares your weight 2 your height and it tells you if you're in good weight? or not?....well it turns out that im about 15-20lbs too heavy.... go figure?

so i guess im a fatbody now?

.......is when you havent lifted weights in about 3 solid months and go back and work out like you havent lifted in 3 solid months! that was pretty idiotic 2 say the least going back into the weightroom and putting the same weight i was doing when i graduated back on the rack and lifting it when my body isnt close 2 being in shape....... i can ( Read more... )
