Well the way I do a bachelor challenge is by my own set of rules, because yes when I do one I want to get the two sims together who I think are best suited. IMO BC rules are not really about that. The way it's set up could see the best person going home on day one- not what I want! The way it sends sims home is I think way to quick and doesn't give shy sims much chance. So I don't send anyone home for three days. I just make them all do a lot of safe social interaction. Look and see who they get on with the best

You have an extremely good point. The guy I probably would have predicted to come first got kicked out on day one because he came out of a single conversation badly while most of the others never had a conversation to come badly out of... Kept it interesting and I didn't really mind because there were other good candidates, but in later days... I did set everyone to 0/0 at the start... But I worry if I start the whole thing over and still get a result I don't like that I might try again and again and again until I wind up fixing it anyway. Though at least this way I could take better pictures and get more character development... >_< I hate being indecisive...
I found the chart. http://strategywiki.org/wiki/The_Sims_2:_Nightlife/Attraction_and_Chemistry Maybe it might help. If you think the way it played out did someone a disservice then I don't think playing again perhaps with modified rules is a bad thing. Of course if you still get the same result then maybe you are looking at the right couple. Some relationships start of rocky. Maybe he has a reason...back-story...plot. >lol<
Thanks for the link Jo :) Though I don't get why Popularity sims don't like family sims? Surely the bigger the family the more friends you get to make? Meh, whatever... I'm going to think it over more while I do the other pre-BC intro thing, so hopefully I will have decided tomorrow. Thanks for all your help ^_^
Hmm... Tricky situation there. Don't really have any advice, but the first thought that popped into my head was: maybe this guy is just careful, and needs more time? With Mia's past and everything, it does take a little getting used to. And some are just like that, they like to take things slow. Of course, if you don't like them together maybe they aren't meant to be...
Myehh... I don't know, the guy comes off more as fussy... They were pretty equal until she tried splashing him in the hot tub and he threw a major strop over it. But then she kept trying (all autonomously) and each time he'd double-minus her over it, while the second guy was happy to splash and be splashed even though they had a lower relationship score. First guy would need to chill out and appreciate Mia more! Still can't quite choose... Doing it all again would be effort, but I'd get a better result in terms of storytelling, at least, from it.

In either case, good luck making a decision!
