When has it ever been proper for a man, no matter his height, to hit a woman and render her unconscious? A young woman? Truly unbelievable. And to strike a girl who could not defend herself due to being ill. Greek as I may originally be, there is no excuse for this behaviour ( Read more... )

I've dealt him a good blow before for upsetting a woman. Dunno what I'm gonna do to him for laying a hand on one but it ain't gonna be pretty.

Did anyone file a police report about the incident? Because, last time I checked, assault was a crime. Let the authorities decide whether or not he'd deserve any leniency. Not that I think he would (or should--certainly not) get it, but at least the proper channels would be handling it and there would be fewer battle lines being drawn.
