With all that has happened this last week, I nearly forgot my birthday is next Tuesday. Birthdays have, over the years, become less and less exciting as they drew closer. It's rather different when you're young, because you want to get older. Seems to be that we're always wanting what's opposite of us, aren't we? Children want to be teenagers.
