I'm not really sure how you can measure a man. But I think that by taking away the things he loves the most, you begin to see the true face of who he really is.

Although I'm starting to hate this diet. There's nothing good on it and I hate eating in front of you.

But I think I may crack if I have to drink another protein shake. I'm hoping my blood pressure settles down to an acceptable level soon, and the doctor will expand the list of things I am allowed to eat.

Those shakes make me nervous, to be honest. I don't like seeing you drop weight you couldn't afford to lose in the first place.

Besides, the shakes are supposed to be helping me get back calories from the foods I can't eat. If anything, it is the plain tofu or dry salads that are the villainous foods on my list.
