- Got the hair cut into a bob with bangs. So now I'm Velma, according to co-workers, which I find hilarious since that's the costume I couldn't fit into. Maybe next year

That is so cute, I want to see pics of that hoodie!!
I'm betting the Temp just has bad luck, some of the situations I've been in seem crazy, but totally true. but then again, look at the temp that started where I work, now they are permanent and I don't believe a lot of what they say either.
I'll probably have a bazillion photos at the end of the weekend, LOL, and will definitely share. :)
I think she's just a bad employee now that I've seen how many times she goes in and out of that warehouse... I just hate having to deal with new people, ugh, but I'm not good with confrontations. "I'm sorry that your boyfriend had to be circumcised, but stop taking twenty breaks!"
Yay for haircuts! I need one too. Like badly. And I hope you take pics of your Halloween costume! :D
Despite what some people think of me, I give people the benefit of the doubt more often than not, so it's totally possible this girl's yanking my chain hard.
3. I miss being in a good comic shop. We used to have lots, but apparently the Spanish Invasion isn't interested so they've all closed down to be dollar stores.
LMAO! I know "hair cut" but what I meant is "na'eeman" is what you say to a person who got a hair cut. So you cut your hair and I tell you "na'eeman" ;)
eta: oh, and it is usually followed by something called a "sahsouh" mainly if you were a guy (where basically it is slapping a person on the back of his neck) O_o
I would love to have the opportunity to smack a few guys in the back of the neck, hee! And yeah, we don't really have a word for it, we just point and go, "Oh, you got your hair cut!" If you're a little more slangy, you might say, "Like the new do." (Short for hair do, which looks ridiculous when typed.)
Ooh I want to see pics of your costume and your new "Velma-do"! =)
and omg omg omg about the comic shop! My brother took me to one that sounds veryyy similar in NYC last year..I had a ton of fun. You don't find stores like those anymore.

I was in wonderland in that shop. Seeing the old toys and the stuff you just CAN'T FIND in a department store was awe-inspiring. ♥♥♥
