I wonder if it will be better received in Shanghai. Is it possible that the singing is something that Chinese audiences particulary enjoy?

No idea. But I doubt they'd put it in just so it's suited a better audience for all of 4 shows, when there were like 16 shows done in Tokyo with it.

It was just...ugh...

I think it's just me. It wasn't advertised as a musical so why do it? Also we all know how anti-actress I am, so it just didn't work for me at all.
