FOB means freight on board, so no, delivery isn't included :o) See if you can get them to pay for your flight over there to inspect it, though..

Seems to be - a bit of cursory googling reveals the going price seems to be at least 300USD per ton for R50 steel.

There seem to be buyers out there, maybe we should hook them up and become glorious middlemen :)
