To me it sounds like Casey is being passive aggresive by putting his work first, it's not very mature...but hey, chock it up to immaturity.

You know, I was just reading an article in Cosmo (aka the Bible) and it was saying when a guy wants to end things, but not actually end them himself because he's a big pussy, he'll act passive-agressive to get the woman to break it off. Do you think that's what he's doing? Acting like a big dumb jerk to get me to end the relationship? That's what it feels like. It's just really confusing cause I'll ask him if he wants to be with me and he'll say yes, but then he chooses work over being with me. He even says he loves me, but I just don't feel it anymore. It feels hollow when he says it. Like it's out of habit or something.
