angry with AP

Ahh you know? im a really big fan from angelic pretty but sometimes i REALLY get angry with this brand, why?
well first: theyre super closed, talking about their service, i mean if you dont live in japan you have to use a shopping service to reserve, and if you want something from the web, its the same, cause in their international website you cant

I know how you feel!!! I'm dying to get some of the new stuff, but it's impossible!! And their english store sucks! And it's probably not even updated! ;o;

I order some dresses from them a week ago. Just yesterday they sending it to me.

For my wonder cookie I waited 2months for an answer >_<. But I can speak japanese so the last 2mails where in angry japanese and I got a excuse letter from Maki.

Me too, I love AP design but they service is bad and the quality is too cheap for the price.

Well I got the dress after 2months ^^; I was only in panic because I sended the money, get no answers for 5weeks and then AP jp asked me to buy the same dress in AP Paris (who is 150 euros more expensiver) whitout giving my money back X(.

But finaly they sended me one from japan ^^;

So yes, I have Maki's letter but it's was normal she send me one XD. I realy tought I lost 28 000 yens and everyone in my family was angry because it was all the money they give me for my birthday.

Anyway, eveything is fine now, but I hear that I'm not the only one who get's problems with AP service. ^^;

i havent had to wait that much, usually its like a month D:!! and their service sucks! i've received 2 items in different color that i asked for! D:! i'd like not to be soo fan from ap xD
