But finaly they sended me one from japan ^^;
So yes, I have Maki's letter but it's was normal she send me one XD. I realy tought I lost 28 000 yens and everyone in my family was angry because it was all the money they give me for my birthday.
Anyway, eveything is fine now, but I hear that I'm not the only one who get's problems with AP service. ^^;

Japan is the country where the service must be perfect. We, strangers, we accepte a normal service but we don't want a bad service because we are not japanese ppl.
But AP, even for japanese ppl sems to be the most worst service brand of all japan. It's a shame for a expensive brand. No help in the shops, no smiles, laughing if you don't have a tiny body...
And about the size of they clothes. I can say you that even most of my japaneses friends can't wear everything of AP. The size are for small japanese ppl only.
The only thing AP have is good clothes designers. It's so cute and If they didn't had them, the brand woudn't exist anymore.
So yes...me too I still buy AP because I love they designs. But I would love they had the service of the other brands, especialy like BTSSB.
