Some one on my friends list posted something about how to use flaxseed properly to get the most benefit from it...whoever you are PLEASE send me the link to that info. I was at the Amish Store the other day to pick up some herbs and saw bags of flaxseed-they were so cheap i bought one but now am at a loss as to what to do with it! What a great find your Amish store is! And it would feel nice to support them somehow too (IMO). I throw flax seed in w/my yogurt - not the most gourmet use, but it gets the job done *winks*.

you can make a ¢ by holding down the ALT key and then typing 0162 on your side number keyboard thingie. complicated, but i use it all the time!

one of my favorite places on my recent trip to NYC was a grocery store called the amish market- can it be the same place as yours?
