Flax seed??
Some one on my friends list posted something about how to use flaxseed properly to get the most benefit from it...whoever you are PLEASE send me the link to that info. I was at the Amish Store the other day to pick up some herbs and saw bags of flaxseed-they were so cheap i bought one but now am at a loss as to what to do with it! That store rocks-
