Bad news - The refinance has come to a screeching halt. Poop, the payoff fees put us over the top. So we are going to talk to the current mortgager and see if we can refinance thru them without the fees. Plus the gal at the place we were working with, sent over the appraisal so shouldn't have to do that again if we move quickly enough.
