Last time I rode a bike, my butt hurt for like a week...from the seat, not from getting great exercise. I don't remember that happening when I was younger, so I assume you just get used to it. But you had the right idea! You can't overdo it, especially right away. You just gotta keep at it! :)

Yeah, it wasn't so much the exercise, it was the damn seat! Ow. But yeah I just gotta get back on that horse, er, bike!

Bike seats are so uncomfortable, I wish they would make them bigger and softer or something...Then I'd start riding a bike again.
