I like how basically this entire entry is about sleep. some other things are thrown in, but really, it's about sleep.

maybe it's just me, but this part here: have you ever noticed how the html of lj user makes it seem like crack or heroin? makes no sense to me no matter how many times i read it. I don't suppose you could rephrase for me?

Sleep is a good subject. So many people spend so little time doing it that I feel like it needs some love.

Perhaps it needed quotes: "lj user" makes me think "user of lj" as if lj were an addictive drug.
