a lot of people in chicago have been talking about the smoking ban since it just went into effect here in chicago. so in honor of discourse i will throw in my two cents

i personally love smoke free bars and love living in san francisco where smoking is banned... buttttt the ban is totally ridiculous! whats next? no smoking indoors in your home?? huhhhh

i will not hesitate to admit that there are times when i very much enjoy being in a bar that is completely smoke free. it's just the whole government implemented ban really worries me

Its not even so much that the ban itself is making me angry (it is). Its more the fact that people keep rubbing it in my face.

Yes, I realize that I can't smoke at my favorite bar anymore. Yes, I realize that its probably better for your virgin lungs. But seriously, shut the fuck up before I put my cigarette out in your fucking eye.
