Oh wow. See, I knew there was a reason I saved this fic for one of my episodes of desperation. When all the A/R gets too much and the slash is all Gaeta/Hoshi or Gaeta/Gaius and I'm left scrambling in a display more pathetic than a child screaming for candy.

And Kara/Laura too! Sweet glorious Goddess that was beautiful. So touching and so sad and so tragically them. There are no two characters in the show more haunted than Kara and Laura because the visions that torment them are so frighteningly unreal.

I really loved this. It's a shame the bsg_femslash community is appallingly unresponsive. I don't understand how it can be so inactive. Have you written any other bsg femslash? I'd really like to read it.

I think in this show, where everything is life and death, it's possible to ship just about anyone and it be justifiable. When you don't know if you are going to live another day, sexual and emotional tension is at a constant high. However, I do think that Kara/Laura is one of the fully relevant pairings that I could see. As much as yes, I do ship A/R, it's mostly because I prefer canon. So because I can see canon supporting K/L, that's why I write it! I think it's a femslash pairing that I expected to be more supported than it is
