The next few days passed steadily and without incident for Andriana.  Her mother did a fair job of keeping her busy; between work at the tavern and inn and the small things her mother seemed to find for her every spare moment, Andriana barely had a second to spare for herself, let alone enough time to worry over

color me intrigued with this story. i love this chapter. i'm really curious as to why the Raven has her sights on a small village. what is she to gain with that?

and i do get andriana's fear. it sounds stupid to leave their village... their home... open/defenseless like that. and even more stupid to think that the village is not in danger just because their location is a little inconvenient.

i honestly cannot wait what sort of confrontation will transpire when the White Raven and Andy the average girl come face to face.

I think the sad reality is, when a big force like Eusthripia needs to, they can make a poor little village completely insignificant.
