I JUST WANNA TELL YOU AGAIN THAT YOU ARE AMAZING FOR GETTING ALL OF THESE UP AND SINGLE HANDEDLY HELPING ME FIND SOME MOTIVATION TO GET MY BUTT MOVING LOL. FLAILING GIVES YOU WINGS! NOT REDBULL.
I always found it funny that House was wearing sunglasses if it's supposed to be nighttime when they're meeting up at the baby store. Unless I'm just thinking weirdly.
And I love, love, love this entire last scene. All three do an exceptional job here. I don't know how LE actually looked like she was glowing but she was. Then the breakdown of House's face was brilliant. HL AND LE ARE GODS. So much love for this last scene. SO MUCH.
AND HOUSE/CUDDY GIVE YOU BUTTERFLIES. HAD THEM DURING THE LAST SCENE (I knew we were going to find out about Cuddy adopting, but I thought it was going to be revealed in "Joy" and I wasn't expecting it here AT ALL) AND ALLLLLL OF "JOY" (JOY DAY, REALLY).
I WONDERED A FEW TIMES IF I SHOULD STRETCH IT OUT A LITTLE, RATHER THAN POST ALL AT ONCE. BUT I STILL HAVE 5X03 AND "JOY" TO DO, SO WHY NOT
( ... )
Hmmm...maybe I read too much into it. But I thought that House was wearing sunglasses because he was thinking he was going go play poker with Wilson at some point.
I don't think so, only because Wilson says they're playing poker "this weekend," but tells House to be outside his apartment "tonight." My instinct is to just say House was just putting on his spy gear. Could've just been a continuity error, though.
I am suddenly wondering, though, were these the same sunglasses of soap stud's in "Living the Dream" that House was admiring so much? They seem familiar!
Good point re: the poker. I think they probably wanted the sunglasses so House could do the whole "I'm-putting-my-glasses-back-on-dramatically-so-you-will-not-see-my-tears-of-shock-and-pain" move at the end of the scene...which was fantastic. So, they were either a prop, or he was wearing them to have a nonchalant stealth-spy flare (House loves dramatic gestures :-) )
