I finally got my butt in gear this weekend and got the regency day gown done. Well, "done" except for the hand finishing and fastenings. I was unsure about it all the way through the process but now that it is all together I absolutely love it. The skirt drapes SO prettily. And I made a matching reticule too. I fussed around with the wrap gown

I can imagine a bit of stress, I had a scare that maybe my meniscus (knee) needed surgery, but luckily my ankle was the evil doer and it turned out I needed fysio to find that out and a small in-sole in my shoe to keep my right foot up a bit to prevent my ankle to cause my foot to be unstable!
I hope the surgery goes swift and good and you'll be out of pain and agony after it's all done! I'll send positive thoughts your way!
