MEME: Plotting Between the Lines

Today's meme was suggested by Dawn!
Presumably, our pups have lives that happen when we aren't playing them, as none of us can play 24/7. Some of the things that happen are tedious and everyday, and not worth thinking much on: It's fair to assume they eat, bathe, go to "work" or school as it applies, etc. But there might be things that happen ( Read more... )

Nikola Tesla
-Enjoys romantic walks along the beach.
-Is BFF with Will Zimmerman.
-Likes to skip around the lab singing High School Musical.

No but seriously Nikola is currently found in the lab snarking at anyone and everyone about their incompetence and his gloriousness (whilst trying to steal your pups projects/research at the same time.) His current lab projects include: finding a cure for a deadly dose of radiation poisoining from time dilation, recreating the vampire species on Tabula Rasa and he's also tinkering with his Death Ray plans. He has one Lab apprentice so far and will take on one more. And will be teaching Mechanical Engineering at the school when the semester starts.

If Nikola is not in the lab or in the Hub getting drunk. He can often be found lurking around Will/Helen's office/home looking like he is thoroughly up to no good. Which of course he isn't. Because he's Nikola Tesla.

Tony has his eye on your shifty projects, Tesla.

Well, he will. After they meet. The Terrible robot thing. I mean, if Tesla comes off as shifty, I dunno, he kinda has a shifty face. At any rate, if he's making a death ray out of scrapyard parts, Tony'd notice those parts could build a death ray, he used to professionally design death rays.

Which, you know, if you ever want Iron Man to fight Tesla with a death ray, I'm game.

Look over there it's a Catonkey! (Hides away the shifty projects.) And I am planning to write that at least today so I can send it over to you for approval of Terrible's actions. Like what would Terrible do if Nikola climbed a tree? (Get rid of the branches with weapons/Climb it/Wait like a creepy lurky robot?)

He totally has a shifty face. His default look is shifty and/or smirking. He will be taking the parts from the scrapyard once he gets there/finds it so you know Tony can notice that. Not that he wants to do anything with it, he just wants to you know make it for kicks because he can

And...that sounds like an awesome game of Laser Tag. But with Death Rays. And then drinking afterwards. Rememeber that time we fought with Death Rays? That was awesome.

Lurk, probably! There aren't any trees in the scrapyard itself, they'd be on the fringes, so he'd back up and wait, see if Tesla made another attempt at coming on in.

Hmmmm yeah, he may have to come up with an excuse, like, a non-death ray invention that could be made with the same parts, otherwise it's that time the robot chased you up a tree all over again. Which can work, parts are multipurpose, and then, laser tag once it turns out it wasn't for an irradiated cappucino maker after all!

Tony Stark, professional day saver and island improvement developer, rampant narcissist, all of this would be on the tasteful business card that he made for himself. It even has a hologram.

You may remember that time he blew up his own yacht, or did that stuff with the space station, or the running water! You may also remember that time he was a jerk and didn't remember your name. Or your birthday.

About the island, he can generally be found at the scrapyard, building things; he is less likely now to be found at the various bars or the strip club mostly. As a corollary, if you go to the AA meetings, he's been there.

Someone is still trying to hack your computers. Just so ya know. She also might be haunting the scapyard for kicks seeing as how she lived in one for awhile.

Terrible the Scrapyard Robot is probably basically fine with that, just no death rays! Strict no death ray policy.

Edward isn't the death ray type... she just makes friends with satellite AI's that have death rays.

Rachel will start attending classes again after quitting before the end of last semester.
She's usually found around the large waterfall, various work-out type places, the compound or running along the beach.
She occasionally goes to the Hub for a drink, and has regular therapy sessions with Will Zimmerman so she's around the clinic regularly.
When she's on speaking terms with Dr. McCoy, she will occasionally visit the lab.

Because I fail, I forgot that Clark should have reacted to Rachel looking like Jayna, so we'll just pretend he was too polite to mention it. XD

Cable will be kind of just always there for a while.

Like wherever she is, he'll often just happen to be nearby, not talking to her but watching anyone who does and looking vaguely threatening. Cos he's worried about her and only knows how to show this by awkward overprotectiveness. And Rachel protecting has replaced world changing as his number one hobby.

He also might ask people he knows and likes to do stuff like send messages to her or buy jewellary off her for him, so that they have a chance to bond and she can make new friends that way. He'll think this very subtle and clever.

And has discussed he might occassionally just turn up at her house when she isn't there and clean it or something as a subsitute for having to show affection in person.

Basically he has a lot of spare time right now and will dedicate it to improving his personal relationships and cheer his family up without really having any clue how to do that.

Jessica Drew professes to be a normal teenage girl! Of, admittedly, way-above-average intelligence, but that's less rare around these parts than back home. Lives at Green Arrow Estates, spends a lot of time in the lab, both in her capacity as Dr. Leonard McCoy's lab assistant and as a giant geek with her own projects on the go.

Got banged up down in Rapture and was in the clinic for a while. Will likely be taking a lot of classes next term. Totally not a clone or a Spider-Woman, honest.

Rachel's probably met Jessica since she keeps tabs on McCoy.

Oooh, yes, that's incredibly likely.

Would X-Men-ness have come up? Jess would be pretending to not know the X-Men personally, though.

...which she doesn't, really. Inherited memories are weird.

She doesn't hide it, so probably. If Jess asked her how she knew McCoy she'd say he was dating Jean and it would probably go from there?

Trixa lives in Bohemia and works at the Winchester.
She spends a fair amount of time windsurfing and running on the beach (which she HATES).
She occasionally goes to the Catscratch, more to people watch and see her friends than for any entertainment.
She goes hunting on occasion, but mostly for herself or the neighbors, and only when she needs to kill something.
