I went to bed Wednesday night with a migraine and woke up Thursday morning with a terrible head cold. According to my possessed scale I lost 7 pounds overnight. Pretty amazing, isn't it? If only it were true it would mean I am down over a total of 10 lbs! Total weight loss 3.4 pounds. I'm feeling pretty good about this and I'm sort of getting used to always feeling hungry.

Now I just need to find the motivation to work out 2 times a week on top of my ballet class, and I think progress will really start being made.
