I'm going to wear false eyelashes tonight.
There is something about them that makes me happy. Between them and my hothothot new lipstick red shoes I am just SO excited. What is it about fashion? I mean, it really is all about the outfit 99.9% of the time for me. Well, that and the makeup. I'm also quite excited about the smokey eyeshadow I plan on doing and my new nude lipstick. THE look for this winter, if all the mags are to be believed.
I'm not nearly as excited about the dress I bought for the Christmas party as I am the one for tonight. This has me concerned that maybe it isn't the right dress and I should take it back. So, Sommer is going to come over at lunch today to survey everything and tell me if it's cute. She's also going to tell me if she thinks I should get the sticky boobs for tonight or go braless. She's going to vote braless, I already know this. But it's like I need someone to tell me it's okay and that I don't look like a boy without one. Not that I could ever look like a boy with this ass. But whatev.
Anyway. Apparently I cannot go near my bed after work until it's actually bedtime. As much as I wanted to skip ballet last night, I really did plan on going. But I laid down to read for a little while before I had to get ready and the next thing I knew it was 9pm. I have no idea why I'm so tired lately, but it's starting to get annoying. You'd think after a 3.5 hour "nap" I wouldn't have been able to go back sleep later on. WRONG. I was sound asleep again by 11 and when my alarm went off at 6:30am I was STILL tired. Maybe it has something to do with my diet. I definitely don't feel like I have the energy I used to. But eating healthy is supposed to give you MORE energy, not less. Right? So strange.
I'm going to blame it on the cooler weather. Same as I blamed the low air pressure in my tires. I like to blame the weather for everything.
