Will the 19th day of the month ever again be benign?

Or am I going to go throughout the rest of my life marking the 19th day and its significance?

I made it as far as the parking lot of work this morning.  I even had one foot out of the car before I realized that I just COULD NOT do it and turned around to go home.  Niblet and I spent the day in bed, asleep.  At least until 3:00 when hunger drove me
