I suck at suggesting things but:

Beds are burning - Midnight Oil.
Take on me - A-ha
Cars - Gary Numan
anything by ABBA for the sing along cheesiness.

Hmmm...

Don't Stop Me Now - Queen (it wasn't voted "Greatest Driving Song of All Time" on Top Gear for nothing!)
Speed Demon - Michael Jackson
Mull of Kintyre - Paul & Wings

Oh man, I totally had a playlist for this EXACT PURPOSE (well, we were driving to Vegas, but almost the same) but I think when I switched computers it deleted all of the actual songs in it :( But a lot of them are the same as yours already, haha! I will add:

Gomez, See the World--cause it always sounds to me like a travel montage song from a movie or something.

Also anything from the Blow soundtrack!

Have fun!!!

Ahaha awesome. BUT YAY, I've just located the physical CD with the playlist on it, it was as follows:

Beatles - Drive My Car
Rufus Wainwright - King of the Road (at least 1 version of this song is necessary!)
Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run
Beach Boys - I Get Around
Allman Brothers Band - Ramblin' Man (driving montage from "Big Fish," haha)
Gary Numan - Cars
Steppenwolf - Born to Be Wild
Link Wray - Rumble
Rolling Stones - Start Me Up
Grease - Greased Lightning
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet Home Alabama
Rooney - Blueside
Kiss - Rock n Roll All Night
Prince - Little Red Corvette
Blondie - Scenery
Phantom Planet - California
AC/DC - You Shook Me All Night Long
Kid Rock - All Summer Long
Iron Man soundtrack - Driving with the Top Down
Ramones - California Sun
Beach Boys - Fun Fun Fun
The Champs - Tequila

whooo!
