What do you do for pain management, or have you looked into the surgery?

as of now, i use pamprin and a heating pad and prayer... i'm starting a strong birth control pill next sunday. we'll see how that goes. and yes... i have looked into surgery. i know the pain you go through. it's like i'm constantly PMS'ing. it hurts BAD.
