Got the keychain working! It's amazing though how quickly threats work. So it doesn't work, I call the hotline per their instructions (they have this whole please don't return it call us, use the web site, etc etc etc). So I try the website..no go. I try the hotline...I wait..then they bump me out of the queue..annoyed. Then I go back in queue

Happy Birthday my wonderful daughter! And I just want it to go on record that I received the beautiful bouquet of flowers YOU SENT TO ME ON YOUR BIRTHDAY. There was never a more thoughtful daughter...ever.I still cry when I think about how special that was...thank you! mom
