Got the keychain working! It's amazing though how quickly threats work. So it doesn't work, I call the hotline per their instructions (they have this whole please don't return it call us, use the web site, etc etc etc). So I try the website..no go. I try the hotline...I wait..then they bump me out of the queue..annoyed. Then I go back in queue..I get bumped out again then hung up on. I'm mad. I go to the web site again to file a complaint..they've disabled that link. So I go to their "want to be a distributor?" page and send an email saying they have 24 hours to contact me before I 1. return the keychain 2. write to Walmart and suggest they no longer carry the product and 3. open up a BBB case. Yes I am that angry since they are acting like a fly by night organization, I'll treat them as one. Within a few hours I get an apology, and a call from them! Question is answered and keychain fixed in less than 5 minutes. I am now happy :)
