I was searching for some friends from Paraguay and I stumbled on your site. So I started reading...you're with Amigos de las Americas right now? That's awesome, I haven't heard too much about it but I'm really considering getting into that. Que tal? It seems like you're having a great time in Central America; I'm so jealous! I've guessed you've been through PY then? Oh BTW, tortillas and peanut butter and jam (AKA maniquillas, the AFS official appetizer)aren't that bad, huh? It's an experience..

nah, im just traveling this summer. i was in the dominican republic with amigos last summer, and paraguay the summer before.

amigos is probably the best latin american youth volunteer organization, though it obviously comes with some faults (as does any organization of that sort).

but yes, tortillas with peanut butter - our main dietary supplement
