The Links.
First Appearance: " A Breed Apart."
Details: The Links were Gabriel Ashlocke's loyal mutant followers. Those who had remained loyal to Gabriel during his 25 year stay in a Genomex stasis pod formed the organization The Strand upon his release. Gabriel maintained a strong psionic mind control over all of The Links, killing them remotely when they disobeyed him. After Gabriel's death, those Links who stayed with The Strand cared for Gabriel's successor, The Child. The Links were many, including telekinetic Morgan Fortier, thermal elemental Kelly Rice, feral Valerie, molecular Patricia, Kim, thermal elemental Josh, intangible molecular Nathan Reynolds, telepath Riley Morgan, canine feral Kara Whitely, precog John Bishop, and scorpion/spider feral The Guardian.
