long and really boring update

I know that an update is long overdue and I’m sorry. Unfortunately, while life is busy, it doesn’t leave a lot of time for pondering or whimsical, witty writing. A lot is going on this month and the next so I’ll try to do an information dump rather than expound overmuch, cause that would bore you to tears

*hug* It isn't tough to do what needs doing! It's not like anyone else will. But thanks cause that helps my hopelessly inflated ego survive. *giggles*

Glad to hear that... you're handling things well? Sorry, I can't think of a better way to put that but I think you'll understand. Glad to hear that you and your family are all getting diagnosed and repaired. And bring on the boys, I can take them. If I can spend ten hours a day in a room with a dozen one-year-olds for a week, I hope I can handle them.

And, um, if Jag could show up in the ceremony.... ;)

Non Busy doesn't equal Peaceful, imho. Peace is something that is found in spite of circumstances. I mean, how peaceful is it if your 'peace' flees at the first sign of trouble? (forgive me, I haven't had my coffee and am not interested in trying to find a more eloquent way to put that :P)

Peace is a state of mind and heart.

That's true FACPOV. But don't forget that peaceful means: Undisturbed by strife, turmoil, or disagreement; tranquil.

And while busy is not necessarily the same as strife or disagreement, it can easily be viewed as turmoil or non-tranquil.

And then we could have the philosophical discussion on the difference between a peaceful life and peace of the soul. My life has not always been peaceful, but I have often had peace.

... wow, that does sound convoluted ;)
