My new year's resolution was to finish writing the book I started like 9 years ago and hardly ever work on, because I just want it to be done by the time the 10-year anniversary of its conception comes around. But... yep, almost halfway thru february and I haven't really touched it yet this year, except to jot down a couple of new ideas, which actually i think were for the sequel... I just never have time to do much myself, because when I'm not working or sleeping, I'm catching up on shows I DVR'd while working... and then I go back to work. Sigh. Not to mention the countless things I want to do with my website, but never seem to get to...

Anyway. I love those spinning rocks in your layout.... That is totally teh awesome!

Ah, finishing your book in time for the tenth anniversary would be cool. Good luck with that. :) But yeah, finding time and making good use of it seems to be quite the challenge. Maybe one day we'll learn the secret to it.

Faster work is ideal for everone, but if you did work faster you'd be giving something up, like free time....or sanity.0_0 Just work at a pace that is good for you. And don't compare yourself to other, annoying, corporate ATLA sites. Because really, they are made of suck.

Forum management has gotten a lot better since the recent promotions- the work has been much more distributed. (LOL remember when we only had 3 admins? >_< That was a wee bit tough). Anyways, I thought you should know, GUG and GH have taken extended leaves of absence. GH is studying for AP and GUG is still recovering from her kidney stones. GH expects to be back fully in May, GUG hopefully in April, but they will be hcecking PMs regularly. They did say we could replace them, but everyone is apprehensive about doing that. We will only cross that bridge if we find ourselves seriously understaffed.
