I was going complain about how I can't believe it's Monday again, but then I realized something. It's practically HALF WAY THROUGH FEBRUARY. ALREADY. What the hell happened to January? Time is flying by so fast, it makes me want to cry. It's as if I'm looking down when it's Monday, then looking up to see it's Thursday. Then I turn to the side to say "WTF?" and when I do, it's suddenly Monday again. I'm afraid I'm going to wake up one day to find out it's July, and realize I haven't finished anything worthwhile since 'a few weeks' ago which would actually be five months ago. >_<
Conversely, I've noticed that everything I work on is taking me a freakishly long time to complete. But that's being optimistic, seeing as I haven't actually finished anything yet. So far this year I've started six projects to update DH with, from re-organizing/updating neglected sections to simply updating the freaking Links page. I haven't finished a single thing. I spent two days working on the Links page, and I think I only added like seven new links. Two days! And I still have maybe 30 more emails to sift through for it.
Although to be fair, I keep stopping work on one project to work on a new one. After adding a Toph-related link, I realized I hated my layout for my Haru shrine/fanlist Potential, and began working on a new one immediately. That was.... four days ago. I finally finished the layout, but adding the content is taking me forever. Although I'm editing a lot of the content and replacing all of the pictures with the dvd-quality photos I took, it shouldn't be taking this long. Or rather, I should be further along then I am. It's as if I've been turned into molasses or something. Is that why time is going by so quickly? Because I'm going so slow? ._.
Well anyway, I'm done complaining, so you can see the new layout I made for my Haru site right here. Most of the pages aren't up yet, and probably won't be for a few more days, but the layout has coals that spin! Wow. Maybe I should do something like that for the next DH layout. Also, this entry? I started it two hours ago. Dx I need to make a *facepalm* sprite.
