I have absolutely no doubt that GenCon LLC and GenCon Indy will emerge from this stronger than ever. None. Whatsoever. Peter Adkison's a hell of a guy, and I've got great faith in him and the team he has around him.
Sadly, I won't be able to make it to GenCon this year. But with luck, I'll be there in 2009, when it will be bigger and better than ever.
Peter is definitely a hell of a guy. He and his wife are both wonderful people and very personable. They do care about what the attendees and those that run games/vend there think.
John, didn't you do a sticker or a button that was a take-off of W's "W'04" stickers?? That needs to see the light of day again, if for no other reason than in response to that poll.
If you can post it again somewhere, that would make my not-snowed-in-yet day.

The winning beagle, Uno, is a very fine looking dog indeed.
Once I saw that Bush ranked #10 and that scumbag Reagan ranked #2, I knew that presidential poll was crocked.

Did you get to see the Hugh Everett documentary from a while ago?
(Mind, it was just repeated on the BBC.)
