He usually stays in Noah form, because it's just easier, and safer for him.
PERSONALITY
Generally: Pretty much a creepy, stalkerish bastard. Most of the time he can be far too friendly for his own good. However, he can alternately be very cold shouldered and stiff to those who toe into one of his moods. Likes mindgames far too much. It's best not to get caught up in any of his games, however innocent-seeming. Also sort of crazy possessive about people and things that are 'his'.
To Noah: Lovingly disrespectful without being outright rude. He often gives backhanded compliments that are snarky and sometimes just plainly vicious. If given the opportunities, he'll kill them--especially the Noah. He loves his family... just in an interesting way.
To Exorcists: You are 'his' and therefore, he mostly likes you. While he dislikes Central, and the higher ups, he tends to enjoy the Exorcists themselves. Admittedly, however, he uses them shamelessly as pawns for his own plots.
To Bookmen: He doesn't like Bookmen on principle. He doesn't like their prodding questions, or their strict, emotionless nature. The 14th has had bad experiences with Bookmen in the past, and now he really insists on disliking them intently.

SHORT HISTORY
Age 10: Met Mana and traveled with him.
Age 12: Played the Pierrot and visited all sorts of places with Mana.
Age 13: Mana died. On Christmas Eve: made contact with the Earl of Millennium. Met Cross. Received his Innocence. First sighting of 14th!Lavi.
Age 13-14: Traveled with Cross and learned how to control his Innocence. Kept blacking out/missing time.
Age 14: After failed attempts at suicide, was taken over completely by the 14th.
Age 14-16: Cross insisted on continuing the training. 14th is traumatized by Cross.
Age 16: Went to the Black Order with Cross.
Age 16-18: Gains trust of people within the Order. Sort of.
Age 18: Becomes Full Exorcist. There is much revolt about this. [DGM canon begins]
Age 19: Missions and things. [Enters DR for first time]
