Urgh, everyone raved about Annihilation and I was just the same - SO DULL. I wanted it to be a cool modern update of Roadside Picnic and it just wasn't.

I just finished it at lunch and...bleh. So boring and the characters are complete ciphers.

I haven't read Roadside Picnic, but maybe I will add it to the list. That at least sounds like it's interesting.

SO DULL. It's nice that someone wrote 200 words of Lovecraftian atmosphere that went nowhere and got published, but I'm annoyed that I spent my reading time on it.

RAY IS SO CREEPY AND ICKY, HE NEEDS TO GO AWAY ASAP. The fact that Felicity's dating him because he's "Barry in Oliver's body" speaks volumes about how much Ray himself really doesn't hold much stock. DATE BARRY, FELICITY, AND GET HIM TO USE HIS MAGIC VIBRATING FINGERS AND DICK ON YOU. (Real talk, Barry is basically a giant viberator. I mean, even his face vibrates. Why on earth isn't there dirty dirty sexy fic about this?)

CISCO. My poor baby's getting beat up every other ep. I have no idea why he's remembering and appears to be the only one that is, so it makes sense if it is related to his powers somehow. Cisco I know is Team Barry all the way but I have a feeling that Caitlin might go to Wells.

I refuse to acknowledge that completely and utterly gross, sexist scene with Joe and Eddie. I don't understand why can't Eddie just tell Iris that "someone told me a secret and it's not mine to tell, so I can't betray their trust but it is bothering me and I'm having a hard time dealing with it". It's honest and that's all Iris wants

The whole Ray thing seems like a huge misstep when you look at it, worse than Isabel Rochev last season, because she just disappeared and we didn't have to think much about her until she teamed up with Slade, but Ray is just...ugh.

And I agree! Felicity/Barry would be so nice! It doesn't have to be endgame! But them cutting that off completely was just stupid.

Sorry, it really pisses me off. I love Joe but this is putting him in the negative real fast.

Urgh. Yes. It's like, fine, you want him to be flawed, but that is a huge terrible flaw that they don't even seem to recognize! I seriously hope it pays off somehow and Iris gets the last laugh.

I didn't even think the Max Rager thing could've caused zombies. For some reason I was thinking Blaine was going to big wig parties and finding more rich customers to turn and extort. It would be mighty smart of him to have targeted the police chief who would help turn a blind eye to all the missing persons.I think Blaine definitely turned the lieutenant, but I guess I just associated

i was expecting major to be in the body bag too! and was glad he wasn't. but i apparently missed that the lieutenant was also a zombie. is everyone going to turn out to be undead on this show? altho lowell being one was nice, because he and liv are cute and i agree with lembeau that liv could use some lovin'. i don't really ship her with ravi, altho he is THE CUTEST - seriously, i think he's my favorite character - i love their relationship as it is. i'd be down for some fake dating, tho.
