So for Father's Day on Sunday, I was going to make blueberry crumb cup pies, but then my sister was like, only you and Daddy like blueberry pie (which, what? my dad wants a pecan pie, so that's what i'm going to make tomorrow. just a basic pecan pie, tho - he doesn't even want me to fancy it up with chocolate chips. i wonder if it would be hard to turn the one pie into a bunch of cupcake-tin pies, because those are adorable.

how can you and your dad be the only ones who like blueberry pie? that's not right. altho it means more pie for you....

My dad was not so helpful. He was like, "Whatever you want to make I'll eat!" which is true, but not helpful.

I think the kind of crust you're using would be the determining factor - if it's a regular pie crust, it'd probably work? If it's a graham cracker or similar crust, probably you'd have to use cupcake liners, like with the cheesecake cups.

I don't even know! I think she's wrong, though, because they really liked the blueberry handpie things I made last summer, but whatever. I will make something else.
