I made sour cream cinnamon rolls this afternoon (pics), mostly because I'd had a lot of coffee this morning, but no breakfast. The plan was these would be brunch/lunch, but then they didn't rise! I was afraid I'd somehow killed the yeast, but I decided to try again by warming the oven to 200°F and then turning it off, and putting the bowl in there

Those rolls look delicious!

I recommend them! They're tasty and easy. Though keep an eye out. I cooked them for the full 20 minutes, but 17-18 minutes would have been more than enough.
